Forcadell, with you and your Real Estate experiences since 1958

At Forcadell, we are experts in real estate management and offer a comprehensive service for any type of property, always tailored to your needs. Our team of experts advises you on both commercialization and administration, as well as consultancy.

We are a family business, founded in 1958 by Salvador Forcadell and Carmen Company, and currently managed by the third generation. From our beginnings, we have worked ethically and professionally, which has consolidated us as one of the leading national companies in real estate services.

Our services are aimed at both property owners and property users, including large companies or institutions, family offices, asset managers, individual owners and homeowners’ associations
