GOOGLE’S USE OF IP ADDRESSES FOR ITS ADVERTISING SERVICES

FORCADELL uses Google Ads to manage its advertising campaigns. As of 3 August 2026, Google may use IP addresses collected through tracking tags or other technical means for the following purposes within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland:

Measurement: analysing ad performance and attributing conversions.
Personalisation: personalising the ads displayed to users.

This processing is performed using privacy-enhancing technologies (on-device processing, trusted execution environments, and secure multi-party computation. In addition, Google has updated its registration under the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) to include Purpose 3: Device identification based on automatically transmitted information, which includes IP addresses.
