Prize Draw Organization
This prize draw is promoted by FINCAS FORCADELL, SLU (hereinafter, “FORCADELL”), a duly incorporated company, with registered offices at Plaça de la Universitat, number 3, postcode 08007 Barcelona, and holder of Tax ID No. B60027182, to celebrate the opening of its new office in the city of Terrassa.
The prize draw shall be governed by these legal terms and conditions, which are available to any interested party at www.forcadell.com.
1. Purpose of the prize draw
The purpose is to reward attendees of the inauguration event of the new FORCADELL Terrassa office by means of a draw for various gifts.
2. Territorial scope and timeframe
The prize draw will take place in person at the premises of the new FORCADELL office in the city of Terrassa (Barcelona) on 28 January 2026.
The participation period will begin with the opening of the event and will end on the same day at 5:30 pm, at which time the prize draw will be held
3. Participation requirements
All natural persons aged 18 and over who attend the opening event and meet the following requirements may participate in the prize drawn:
– Correctly fill in a participation slip with the required details.
– Place the slip in the container provided at the office within the established timeframe.
Each participant may enter only once. Incomplete or illegible slips will be excluded. Employees of FORCADELL are expressly excluded from participation.
4. Requested data
To take part in the prize draw, the following details must be provided:
– First Name
– Last Name
– Phone Number
– Email
5. Prizes
The prizes are:
– 3 Powercard power banks (4,000 mAh)
– 1 gift card valued at €50
Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other products or services.
6. Mechanics of the prize draw
The prize draw will be held in person on the day of the opening at 5:30 pm, by randomly drawing participation slips from the container provided.
As many slips will be drawn as there are prizes available. If any slip does not meet the established requirements, another slip will be drawn.
7. Notification of winners
Winners will be notified by phone call and/or email using the details provided on the participation slip.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days from the date of the draw, the organizer reserves the right to designate a new winner.
8. Personal data protection
The personal details provided by participants will be processed solely for the purpose of managing this prize draw.
The data will not be used for commercial or marketing purposes, nor transferred to third parties, and will be deleted once the prize draw has concluded and the prizes have been delivered, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and any other rights recognized by applicable legislation by contacting forcadell@delegado-datos.com.
9. Acceptance of the terms and conditions
Participation in the prize draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
10. Amendments and liability
The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel the prize draw for justified reasons,, committing to communicate any changes appropriately.
