The coworking operator expands its presence in Madrid with a new space in the Eurocentro building, in a transaction advised by FORCADELL.
La Fábrica has moved into a new 1,000 sqm space in Madrid’s Eurocentro building, located at 1 Poeta Joan Maragall Street. The new facilities are already operational and the transaction was advised by FORCADELL.
The new location forms part of the operator’s growth strategy and strengthens its presence in Madrid. With this opening, La Fábrica now has nine centres, eight of them in Madrid and one in Valencia, further consolidating its expansion in the flexible workspace market. The space, featuring an open-plan layout, abundant natural light and private balconies, will enable La Fábrica to offer a flexible environment adapted to different working dynamics and models.
The Eurocentro building is located in one of Madrid’s main business and financial districts, close to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and the Paseo de la Castellana. Its location also offers excellent public transport connections to different parts of the city.
With this new opening, La Fábrica adds a new space aimed at companies and professionals seeking flexible, functional and well-connected workplaces, further strengthening its commitment to strategic locations within the capital.
