FORCADELL Strengthens Its Position in Vallès Occidental Through the Integration of FINGRACEN in Sabadell

FORCADELL takes a further step in its territorial growth strategy with the integration of Finques Gràcia Centre (FINGRACEN), a long-established and emblematic family-owned real estate agency in Sabadell. The deal enables FORCADELL to incorporate an office in Sabadell and strengthen its position in Vallès Occidental, one of the metropolitan areas with the greatest residential, economic, and social relevance in Catalonia. As a result of this integration, the company significantly expands its property management portfolio, now surpassing 2,000 homeowners’ associations under management

Beyond corporate expansion, FORCADELL’s arrival in Sabadell also reflects a commitment to being closer to the community. FORCADELL will begin operating in Sabadell from FINGRACEN’s headquarters at 2 Àngel Guimerà Street, 3rd floor, adding this location to the company’s network of offices in Barcelona, Granollers, Mollet del Vallès, Terrassa, Gavà, Palma de Mallorca, Seville, and Madrid.

This deal takes place two years after the integration of Finques ESVILLAR in Terrassa, consolidating the Vallès area as one of the main growth hubs for FORCADELL. The company further strengthens its footprint in a region where proximity, trust, and in-depth knowledge of the local market remain key success factors.

An operation aimed at expanding scale, services, and geographic reach

With over 65 years of experience, FORCADELL continues its sustained growth and ended the last financial year with a turnover of €12 million, representing a 7.25% increase compared to the previous year. The company now employs more than 200 professionals and has an operational structure that allows it to provide services to private clients, homeowners’ associations, small property owners, private investors, domestic companies and international firms

In addition to managing over 2,000 homeowners’ associations, FORCADELL oversees nearly 4,000 properties, predominantly held by small property owners and private rental investors. The company also brokers more than 350,000 sqm per year in sale, leasing and investment transactions through its Residential and Commercial brokerage divisions, which specialise in housing, industrial and logistic units, offices, retail, land, new-build developments and other real estate assets.
