FORCADELL advised Rauda ALSP, Cuatrecasas’ alternative legal services provider created three years ago, on the relocation of its Madrid office to Calle Goya 22, in the heart of the financial district of the Salamanca neighborhood, one of the most prestigious areas of the city. This move is a response to Rauda’s sustained growth and the need for facilities that promote innovation, flexibility, and the well-being of its team.

The new offices, which span 620 square meters, are located in an exclusive and cutting-edge office building with accessible entrances, parking, and open, bright spaces equipped with the latest technologies in lighting and well-being to facilitate the work, collaboration, and socialization of the more than 50 employees who are already working from this new headquarters.
