FORCADELL takes a strategic step in its expansion in the capital by incorporating new business lines focused on retail and residential asset brokerage, including buildings and luxury properties. This diversification enables the company to strengthen its position in Madrid, responding to the growing demand for comprehensive advisory services in a dynamic and opportunity-filled market.
Since its opening in 2019, FORCADELL’s Madrid office has focused on real estate brokerage for businesses and companies, specializing in offices, logistics and industrial warehouses, as well as investment strategies, with the goal of fully covering B2B real estate consulting. With the addition of the Retail and Residential Assets departments, FORCADELL completes a five-year cycle of growth and consolidation, successfully adapting to market challenges, especially in the post-pandemic context.
This new phase is led by Juan Luis Laserna, director of the Madrid branch, who has a solid track record in the real estate sector. Under his leadership, the team is strengthened with two new specialist consultants, who bring experience in designing tailor-made solutions for clients with complex needs in retail and premium residential assets.

With over 65 years of experience, FORCADELL closed fiscal year 2024 with a turnover of €11.18 million, representing a 4% increase compared to the previous year, in line with recent growth trends. The Madrid branch is part of a national network comprising nine offices, located in the capital, the province of Barcelona, Seville, and Palma de Mallorca, thereby consolidating FORCADELL’s presence nationwide.
During 2024, FORCADELL managed nearly 4,000 private investor entities in rental administration and brokered around 250,000 m² in sales, leasing, and investment transactions in the corporate real estate segment, ranking among the top 10 real estate consulting firms in Spain.
