FORCADELL has today inaugurated its new office in Terrassa, a larger and more modern space that centralizes the activity the consultancy was already carrying out in the city, replacing its previous locations on Arquímedes and Cardaire streets.
This move is part of the group’s strategy to consolidate and expand its territorial presence and office network in the provincial capitals of Catalonia and in the Barcelona metropolitan area, with the Vallès being one of its key growth areas, where it currently operates three offices.
The inauguration event brought together clients and industry professionals at the new premises and was attended by the Deputy Mayor for the Area of Territory and Housing of the Terrassa City Council, Xavier Cardona, as well as FORCADELL’s CEO, Ivan Vaqué, and Managing Director Mireia Vila, along with other company executives.
During the inauguration, Iván Vaqué highlighted that “the new Terrassa office is a clear demonstration of our commitment to the Vallès. This location enables us to confidently address the growth of the coming years while maintaining the quality standards of the real estate services we provide.”
Within this context of expansion, in 2024 FORCADELL integrated Finques Esvillar in Terrassa, a transaction that made it possible to increase the portfolio of managed homeowners’ associations by more than 30%, strengthening its position in the Vallès Occidental. In this regard, Ivan Vaqué stated that “FORCADELL will continue to promote organic growth and assess portfolio integrations that provide strategic fit and allow us to maintain our standards of quality and service.”
In addition to the Terrassa office, the company currently has a presence in Granollers, Mollet del Vallès, Gavà and two offices in Barcelona, where its headquarters are located, as well as in Palma, Madrid and Sevilla.
The new Terrassa headquarters, located at 8 Carretera de Martorell, has been designed to consolidate the group’s operational capacity in the city, offering more space for meetings, personalized client service and an environment prepared to meet the current and future needs of the local team, made up of more than 30 professionals.
From the Terrassa office, FORCADELL provides property management services, rental management and the marketing of residential properties, while also offering access to specialized advisory services from the group’s other areas: corporate real estate (offices, logistics warehouses or retail premises), real estate consultancy, legal advisory, technical real estate office and insurance brokerage.
