BeLog acquires brownfield land in Terrassa to develop a logistics platform

The project, advised by FORCADELL, includes a warehouse of approximately 11,600 sqm of GLA in Barcelona’s First Ring.

FORCADELL has advised BeLog on the acquisition of a 15,922 sqm brownfield site in Terrassa, a strategic location within Barcelona’s first logistics ring with strong connectivity to the metropolitan area. The acquisition is aimed at developing a state-of-the-art logistics warehouse of approximately 11,600 sqm of GLA.

The transaction forms part of the company’s growth strategy in Barcelona, a market characterised by a shortage of available land and investment opportunities. With this acquisition, BeLog continues to expand its logistics development platform during the first year since its launch and strengthens its ability to identify and execute opportunities in strategic locations.

The asset benefits from a privileged location in one of Catalonia’s main logistics corridors, just 30 km from Barcelona, efficiently connected to the city’s port and airport, and with easy access from the C-58.

Following this transaction, BeLog’s portfolio is approaching 550,000 sqm across 27 logistics assets owned or under management, less than three years after the company began operating.
