FORCADELL and Cushman & Wakefield have been appointed to jointly market, on a co-exclusive basis, a logistics warehouse located in the Can Margarit industrial estate in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires (Barcelona).
The asset comprises a total surface area of 28,881.95 sq m on a 42,750 sq m plot and is strategically located within the Baix Llobregat logistics corridor, offering quick access to the A-2 and AP-7 motorways, 33 km from Barcelona Airport and 35 km from the Port of Barcelona.
Refurbishment works are currently underway, including plans to adapt the warehouse to the new fire safety regulations, with the aim of upgrading its specifications to meet current logistics market standards. The warehouse will be available for occupation in Q4 2026.
The property features 32 loading docks, a clear internal height of 12 meters, as well as parking areas and staff facilities. The asset is BREEAM-certified.
