FORCADELL has advised Fleet on the lease of its new offices in Alt Building, a property owned by Tristan Capital Partners and Acciona, located at 125 Selva de Mar Street, in the 22@ North area of Barcelona. The fully fitted space will streamline the relocation and operational setup process for the French company.
This transaction is part of Fleet’s expansion and growth strategy, as it has doubled its workforce in Spain and established Barcelona as its operational base in the country. From this new location, the company will also drive its development in the Latin American market.
Alt Building is the tallest building within the Selvamar business campus. With 13 floors, the property offers plug-and-play workspaces, a rooftop terrace, and 360º panoramic views over the city of Barcelona. The building holds WELL Gold and LEED Platinum certifications, achieving the highest ratings and positioning itself as a benchmark in sustainability.
Located in 22@ North, the campus is set within a dynamic environment characterized by a high concentration of technology companies and its ability to attract both local and international talent. The area also stands out for its excellent connectivity and accessibility.
“This transaction reflects the ability of the 22@ district to continue attracting international technology companies in advanced stages of growth. Spaces like Alt Building, with flexible, ready-to-occupy solutions, perfectly meet the needs of companies like Fleet, which prioritize agility, efficiency, and the quality of the working environment,” says Manel de Bes, Director of Offices at FORCADELL.
