Description

FORCADELL is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for its Retail Department within the Corporate Real Estate division in Barcelona. The main responsibility will be administrative coordination and overseeing the department’s internal bureaucracy.

The position requires a candidate with a commercial profile, as well as experience and strong negotiation skills, along with a professional appearance and good public relations abilities. A stable position with growth potential is offered, depending on the candidate’s qualifications. The selected candidate will join a team of consultants under the supervision of the Department Management.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the department’s documentation.
  • Handling phone calls.
  • Analysis and reporting.

Conditions

Requirements

  • Immediate availability.
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or intermediate training. Higher education will be valued.
  • Previous training and experience related to the position will be highly valued.
  • Languages: Spanish and Catalan at native or bilingual level. Intermediate level of English.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and willingness to expand knowledge in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Professional appearance, dynamic attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
