FORCADELL, a well-established and leading company in the real estate sector, is looking to hire an experienced Front Desk Receptionist-Administrative Assistant for its office in Gavà (Barcelona).

The position requires a candidate with a suitable educational background, strong customer service skills, as well as organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle any issues arising from day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will join a team specializing in property management and real estate sales.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service
  • Screening and routing phone calls
  • Managing both email and postal mail
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Providing administrative support to other departments
  • Cash handling

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma
  • Languages: Native or bilingual Spanish. Advanced Catalan and English.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Prior experience is a plus, particularly in the real estate sector.
