FORCADELL has advised BeLog on the acquisition of a 15,922 sqm brownfield site in Terrassa<\/strong>, a strategic location within Barcelona\u2019s first logistics ring<\/strong> with strong connectivity to the metropolitan area. The acquisition is aimed at developing a state-of-the-art logistics warehouse<\/strong> of approximately 11,600 sqm of GLA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The transaction forms part of the company\u2019s growth strategy in Barcelona, a market characterised by a shortage of available land and investment opportunities. With this acquisition, BeLog continues to expand its logistics development platform during the first year since its launch and strengthens its ability to identify and execute opportunities in strategic locations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The asset benefits from a privileged location in one of Catalonia\u2019s main logistics corridors, just 30 km from Barcelona<\/strong>, efficiently connected to the city\u2019s port and airport, and with easy access from the C-58<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Following this transaction, BeLog\u2019s portfolio is approaching 550,000 sqm across 27 logistics assets<\/strong> owned or under management, less than three years after the company began operating.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
