FORCADELL has advised MiiN Cosmetics, a company specialized in the marketing and distribution of Korean cosmetics, on the lease of a new logistics warehouse in the Zona Franca of Barcelona<\/strong>, a strategic location<\/strong> home to a significant business network <\/strong>linked to logistics and international trade.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

As part of its ongoing expansion<\/strong>, MiiN Cosmetics has decided to move its operations from its previous warehouse in Badalona with the goal of increasing its storage capacity<\/strong>, optimizing its operations, and continuing to improve its customer service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The new warehouse spans 4,592 m\u00b2<\/strong>, features a clear height of 12 meters, 8 loading docks<\/strong>, an access ramp, and fully equipped office space. The facility is fitted with photovoltaic panels for self-consumption<\/strong>, reducing its environmental impact. Additionally, it is adapted for medium risk level 8<\/strong>, complying with industrial safety regulations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

With this move, the company maintains its logistics base within Barcelona\u2019s first logistics ring<\/strong>, which remains one of the most competitive areas in the national real estate logistics market<\/strong>. Located in the Zona Franca, the new facility is just 10 km from Barcelona Airport,<\/strong> very close to the Port of Barcelona, and has direct access to major road networks<\/strong>, facilitating efficient national and international distribution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

This operation consolidates MiiN Cosmetics\u2019 presence in one of the most powerful logistics areas in the Barcelona metropolitan region<\/strong>, well-connected and surrounded by leading companies in sectors such as transport, food, retail, and distribution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
