Logicor<\/a>, a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics assets in Europe, has entrusted FORCADELL and JLL with the co-exclusive marketing of over 47,000 m\u00b2 of its logistics portfolio in Spain<\/strong>, distributed across two newly built warehouses in Abrera, in the province of Barcelona.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The first of these logistics platforms comprises 40,436 m\u00b2<\/strong>, of which 37,742 m\u00b2 are warehouse space and 2,694 m\u00b2 are office space. The asset features 46 loading docks, a clear height of 11 meters, and has been awarded a BREEAM \u201cExcellent\u201d certification<\/strong>, which confirms the minimal environmental impact during the building\u2019s construction, the promotion of energy efficiency, and the reduction of CO\u2082 emissions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The second warehouse marketed<\/strong> by FORCADELL and JLL has a total area of 6,912 m\u00b2<\/strong>, including 6,420 m\u00b2 of warehouse space and 492 m\u00b2 of offices. It is equipped with 11 loading docks and also holds the BREEAM \u201cExcellent\u201d certification, meeting the same high standards of sustainability and energy efficiency <\/strong>as the first.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Both logistics assets, whose development works begin in May and are scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026, benefit from a strategic location<\/strong>: within the Abrera Logistics Park industrial estate, an ideal hub for large-scale logistics operations <\/strong>thanks to direct access to the AP-2 motorway. They are also adjacent to the entrance of the B-40 tunnel, providing fast access to the Vall\u00e8s region. Additionally, they are located just 33 km from Barcelona Airport and 35 km from the city center.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Gerard Plana, Director of the<\/strong> Industrial-Logistics Department at FORCADELL<\/a>, emphasized that \u201cthese logistics assets not only meet the highest standards of sustainability and quality, but are also designed to meet the most demanding operational requirements in the market.
