The outlook for 2024 was marked by a certain level of caution following a challenging 2023. However, the gradual stabilization of the market, driven by lower interest rates and the recovery of key segments, created a more dynamic environment. In this context, FORCADELL has continued to strengthen its growth both in customer services and at the group level in terms of volume and revenue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

In this regard, FORCADELL closed 2024 with a turnover of \u20ac11.18M<\/strong>, representing a 4.4% increase <\/strong>compared to the \u20ac10.71M recorded in 2023, aligning with the increases achieved in recent years. Over the past year, the consultancy brokered 259,508 m\u00b2<\/strong> (more than 8% compared to 2023), with the industrial and logistics sector being the most active segment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

These positive results have strengthened the group\u2019s position within the Top Ten of real estate consultancies<\/strong> at the national level, positioning it as the 7th largest in terms of revenue<\/strong> according to Metros 2<\/a> magazine, advancing one position from the previous year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Additionally, 2024 was also marked by the integration of <\/strong>Finques Esvillar <\/strong>into the group’s structure, expanding its presence in the homeowners association management segment. This resulted in a 30% <\/strong>increase in the portfolio, reaching 1,800 managed communities<\/strong>, as well as growth in the rental and property management area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
