Gran Europa has entrusted FORCADELL with the marketing of a Built-to-Suit<\/strong> logistics warehouse in the SI-20 industrial park, in Cabanillas del Campo, within the strategic axis of the Corredor de Henares<\/strong>. This asset is designed to meet the highest operational demands, within modern facilities adapted to the specific needs of its occupants and based on high sustainability standard<\/strong>s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The warehouse has a total area of 5,600 m\u00b2<\/strong>, including a 5,295 m\u00b2 storage area and a 250 m\u00b2 office space. Additionally, the plot on which it is located has a total area of 9,469 m\u00b2, providing the necessary space for large-scale logistics operations. One of the warehouse\u2019s standout features\u2014being one of the few with these dimensions in the area\u2014is its interior height of 13.70 meters<\/strong>, allowing for maximum storage space utilization. The warehouse also has 7 loading docks<\/strong> and a ramp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
