FORCADELL and BNP Paribas Real Estate have been appointed by Tristan Capital Partners<\/a> y Kefren Capital Real Estate<\/a> to jointly market, on a co-exclusive basis, a newly built logistics warehouse spanning 10,739 m\u00b2<\/strong>. The facility is modern, flexible, and strategically located in Barcelona\u2019s second logistics ring<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Specifically, the platform is situated in the town of Lli\u00e7\u00e0 d\u2019Amunt, within the Can Moncau industrial park, an increasingly important business and logistics area<\/strong>. This prime location provides quick access to major transport routes such as the C-17 and AP-7 highways, and is just 43 km from Barcelona Airport, 40 km from the port, and 30 km from the city center.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
