FORCADELL has advised the customs operator Grupo Air Go Express on the relocation and expansion of its facilities, enabling the company to have a larger warehouse space to accommodate the growth of its operations in the region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

In this way, the company will be located in a 1,550 m\u00b2 logistics warehouse within the Parc Log\u00edstic<\/strong> de la Zona Franca, in Barcelona’s first logistics ring. The asset features 6 loading docks, interior LED lighting, and BREEAM quality certification.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The new facilities of Grupo Air Go Express are located within Parc Log\u00edstic de la Zona Franca<\/strong>, owned by MERLIN Properties<\/strong>, a logistics platform situated in Barcelona\u2019s prime area, one of the most important hubs <\/strong>in the Mediterranean Corridor, just 2 km from the city\u2019s airport and 10 minutes from the urban center.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

In this regard, Gerard Plana, Director of FORCADELL’s Industrial-Logistics Department<\/a><\/strong>, highlighted that “Barcelona\u2019s first logistics ring not only offers excellent connectivity <\/strong>but also a strategic location for the growth of international trade. As an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), Temporary Storage Facility (TSF), Authorized Location for Export Goods (ALEG), and a secure warehouse (ES\/RA) certified by the Spanish Aviation Safety Agency (AESA), they possess all the necessary capabilities to meet their clients’ needs<\/strong>.
