Purpose of the Promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p>The promotion consists of awarding a gift card, with a value of up to \u20ac1,000, to customers who sign an exclusive mandate with FORCADELL for the sale of their property.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><strong>Second. Promotion Duration<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p>The Promotion will be valid from 00:00 (Spanish mainland time) on 26 February 2025 until 23:59 (Spanish mainland time) on 30 June 2026.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><strong>Third. Participation Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a <strong>natural person of legal age<\/strong> and reside in Spanish territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To have a <strong>valid ID card or passport<\/strong> for Spanish citizens, or a passport of the country of origin or valid NIE for foreign citizens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The client must formalize an <strong>exclusive mandate<\/strong> with FORCADELL for the sale of the property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The exclusivity period will be <strong>a minimum of 6 months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The selling price of the property must coincide with <strong>the valuation made by a FORCADELL consultant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All valuations must be validated by the FORCADELL team at its headquarters in <strong>Barcelona<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Not to be an employee<\/strong> of FORCADELL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><strong>Fourth. Gift Card Amounts<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p>Customers will receive a gift card with an amount determined according to the property\u2019s purchase-sale value:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For properties with a purchase-sale value<strong> between \u20ac0 and \u20ac350,000<\/strong>: <strong>\u20ac500<\/strong> gift card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For properties with a purchase-sale value<strong> exceeding \u20ac350,000<\/strong>: <strong>\u20ac1,000<\/strong> gift card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The total amount of the promotion per property <strong>will be distributed among the different owners <\/strong>of the property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><strong>Fifth. Gift Card Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The gift card will be delivered to the customer once the sale of the property has been formalized and all conditions stipulated in these legal terms have been met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If any of the conditions are not met, the customer will not be entitled to the gift card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><strong>Sixth. Limitations and Exclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts offered by FORCADELL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FORCADELL reserves the right to exclude from the promotion any participants who fail to comply with the conditions or act fraudulently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><strong>Seventh. Modification and Cancellation of the Promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FORCADELL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, duly notifying participants through its official channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><strong>Eighth. Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal data collected within the framework of this promotion will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation and FORCADELL\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forcadell.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><strong>Ninth. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These legal terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes that may arise in relation to the promotion will be submitted to the courts of the city of Barcelona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p><strong>Tenth.
