{"id":59915,"date":"2025-12-04T11:44:45","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T09:44:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.forcadell.com\/?post_type=jobs_post&#038;p=59915"},"modified":"2026-09-08T13:24:05","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T11:24:05","slug":"insurance-sales-manager-terrassa","status":"publish","type":"jobs_post","link":"https:\/\/forcadell.com\/en\/ofertas-de-empleo\/insurance-sales-manager-terrassa\/","title":{"rendered":"Insurance Sales Manager (Terrassa office)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p>FORCADELL is a leading company in the real estate sector with more than 65 years of experience, specializing in property management, rentals, sales and purchases, and comprehensive advisory services for owners and investors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p>Within the group, the brokerage <strong>Segur For Team<\/strong> offers a complete insurance service, tailored to all the needs of our clients, and works closely with all areas to ensure a global, high-quality advisory service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p>Drive the sales and management of insurance products from the Terrassa office, leveraging the synergies generated by the Property Management, Real Estate Sales, and Rentals teams, with the aim of covering the insurance needs of current and potential clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-icon\">\n<li>Identify business opportunities derived from the activity of the communities, sales and purchases, and rental areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the office teams to identify insurance needs and propose appropriate solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out prospecting actions and acquire new clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advise clients on Segur For Team products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage policy contracting, pricing, follow-up, and policy modifications in line with the strategy of SFT\u2019s head office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage claims end-to-end, providing a close, efficient, and solutions-oriented service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on renewals, retention, and maintenance of the client portfolio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend periodic meetings to coordinate with the technical and administrative team at the head office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer the promotions established and negotiated through the head office department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting line to the Brokerage Management, with support from the head office (Barcelona).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Type of contract: permanent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working hours: full-time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compensation: based on experience and profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-learning training platform available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to the &#8220;M\u00e9s Forcadell&#8221;
