We are looking for a professional to join our sales department in our Madrid office. We are looking for a person with solid knowledge of the real estate sector and the local environment, capable of resolving doubts and queries from clients in relation to the real estate market, architectural concepts, current legislation and related financial aspects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n
    \n
  • Intermediation in real estate transactions, mainly in the residential sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Active acquisition of properties by means of geolocation, farming, calls, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Presentation, recommendation and intermediation of products adapted to the needs of the clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sales promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Market analysis to identify potential buyers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Market prospecting to capture new properties and detect business opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Property valuations for property acquisition purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n

      Requirements<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

        \n
      • Minimum education: Baccalaureate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Minimum experience: At least 3 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Languages required: Spanish – Native or Bilingual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Residence in the Community of Madrid (preferably).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proactive attitude oriented to recruitment and sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Accustomed to working towards objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Driving license and own vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Fixed monthly salary + variables according to turnover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
