FORCADELL is looking for a Real Estate Agent<\/strong> for the Housing Residential Department in these offices and areas:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    The main responsibility is the acquisition and marketing of residential properties for sale, providing advisory and intermediary services between property owners and potential buyers. The role requires a commercially-minded individual with experience, negotiation skills, and a flair for public relations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n

    A stable position with career development opportunities is offered, depending on the candidate\u2019s merit. The successful applicant will join a team of consultants under the supervision of the department\u2019s management.     • Real estate market analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Capacity to define a strategy to sell real estate assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • After-sales services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Property appraisals and valuations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Advising owners and buyers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Intervention in negotiation and contract processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n

        Requirements<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

          \n
        • To develop successfully the required tasks, it is important to have a proactive attitude, with commercial qualities and desire to expand knowledge about the real estate sector. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Minimum degree: Certificate of Higher Education (HNC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Minimum 3 years commercial experience in similar position (candidates with no prior commercial experience shall not be accepted).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Languages: Proficient in Catalan and Spanish, other languages, espacially English, will be a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
