We are looking for talent for the residential sales department of our Palma de Mallorca office.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

We are looking for professionals with extensive knowledge of the sector and real estate products, who continue to capture and respond to their clients’ questions and queries about the real estate sector, architectural concepts, real estate legislation and related financial aspects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n
  • Intermediation of residential real estate operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Active capture of properties: geolocations, farming, calls\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Presentation, recommendation and brokerage of products suitable to the needs of contacts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Promote sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analyze the market to find potential buyers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Market research to capture more product and detect new customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Carry out real estate product valuations for recruitment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n

      Requirements<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

      • Minimum education: Baccalaureate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Minimum 3 years experience in similar jobs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Residence in Palma or nearby area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proactive attitude oriented towards recruitment and sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Accustomed to working towards goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Essential spoken and written Catalan and Spanish and a good level of English. Very valuable knowledge of German.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Driver’s license and own vehicle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
