Description

Forcadell is looking for a Real Estate Agent for its Housing Residential Department in the area of Mollet del Vallés (Barcelona), to work in the commercialization of housing, both for sale and rent, providing advice and intermediation services between owners and buyers, as well as targeting potential new properties. The position requires an experienced candidate with a commercial profile, a well-kept image and strong sales, negotiation and communication skills, together with excellent public relations qualities. It offers a stable job and projection, under the direction of the Department. The position is configured under billing and target objectives, and allows autonomy and the ability to raise fees through variable income.

Responsibilities

  • Real estate market analysis.
  • Capacity to define a strategy to sell real estate assets.
  • After-sales services.
  • Property appraisals and valuations.
  • Advising owners and buyers.
  • Intervention in negotiation and contract processes.

Conditions

  • Employment Contract: 6 months + 6 months + open-end contract.
  • Full time workday.
  • Fixed salary + variable component.

Requirements

  • To develop successfully the required tasks, it is important to have a proactive attitude, with commercial qualities and  desire to expand knowledge about the real estate sector. 
  • Minimum degree: Certificate of Higher Education (HNC).
  • Minimum 3 years commercial experience in similar position (candidates with no prior commercial experience shall not be accepted).
  • Languages: Proficient in Catalan and Spanish, other languages, espacially English, will be a plus.
  • Driving License essential.
