Description

Forcadell is seeking a consultant – acquisition agent for its Housing Commercialization Department at the Gavà branch. The main task is to acquire and commercialize properties for sale, providing advisory and brokerage services between owners and clients. The position requires a candidate with a commercial profile, negotiation skills, and experience, as well as good presence and public relations skills. A stable position with growth potential is offered based on the candidate’s merit, who will join a team of consultants under the Department Management. The role is structured around sales and acquisition objectives, allowing autonomy and the ability to increase fees through variable earnings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education
  • Minimum experience: 3 years
  • Minimum requirements: commercial experience in similar positions
  • Languages: knowledge of languages, especially English, is a plus
  • Driver’s license required
