Real Estate Consultant (Retail)

Description

Forcadell is seeking a senior consultant for its commercial properties department in Barcelona. The main responsibilities include the commercialization of commercial spaces for both sale and lease, providing advisory and brokerage services between property owners and clients, as well as securing new properties for commercialization. The position requires a candidate with a commercial profile, strong negotiation skills, good presence, and public relations qualities, as it involves interacting with senior executives and expansion leaders from national and international companies. A stable position with growth potential is offered based on the candidate’s merit, joining a team of junior and senior consultants under the department management. • Real estate market analysis

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School diploma
• Recommended studies: Law, Business Administration, Economics
• Minimum experience: 2 years
• Minimum requirements: Commercial experience in similar positions. Own motorcycle for travel is a plus.
• Languages: High proficiency in Catalan and Spanish is essential. English intermediate level is a plus.
