FORCADELL advises Excelentes Market on leasing a state-of-the-art logistics platform in Getafe

FORCADELL has advised the company Excelentes Market on leasing a 10,100 m² logistics facility in Getafe, owned by Mileway, a pan-European real estate company specializing in last-mile logistics.

The new facility will enable Excelentes Market, dedicated to the distribution of household goods, to optimize its operations thanks to its strategic location less than 20 km from central Madrid. The logistics platform offers direct access to major transportation routes, such as the M50, R4, and A4, in addition to excellent public transport connections to the capital and surrounding areas.

Capacity to Handle High Operational Volumes

This logistics platform stands out for its modern design and capacity to handle large operational volumes, integrating sustainable technologies that help reduce its carbon footprint. Located on a 23,300 m² plot, it includes 8,700 m² of warehouse space with six loading docks, two ground-level doors, and a 30-meter-deep maneuvering yard. Additionally, it features 1,300 m² of office space and over 100 parking spaces for employees and visitors.

The facility also boasts advanced sustainability features, such as optimized natural lighting through skylights, low-consumption LED lighting systems, and electric vehicle chargers, making it ideal for environmentally friendly last-mile deliveries. The site includes 2,500 m² of green areas, reinforcing Mileway‘s commitment to sustainability and well-being in its spaces.

With this operation, Excelentes Market strengthens its logistical capacity in the Spanish market, leveraging a cutting-edge facility that combines operational efficiency with environmental responsibility.
