FORCADELL continues to grow in service, volume, and revenue in 2024

The outlook for 2024 was marked by a certain level of caution following a challenging 2023. However, the gradual stabilization of the market, driven by lower interest rates and the recovery of key segments, created a more dynamic environment. In this context, FORCADELL has continued to strengthen its growth both in customer services and at the group level in terms of volume and revenue.

In this regard, FORCADELL closed 2024 with a turnover of €11.18M, representing a 4.4% increase compared to the €10.71M recorded in 2023, aligning with the increases achieved in recent years. Over the past year, the consultancy brokered 259,508 m² (more than 8% compared to 2023), with the industrial and logistics sector being the most active segment.

These positive results have strengthened the group’s position within the Top Ten of real estate consultancies at the national level, positioning it as the 7th largest in terms of revenue according to Metros 2 magazine, advancing one position from the previous year.

Commenting on these figures, Ivan Vaqué, CEO of FORCADELL, highlighted that “the growth in 2024 reaffirms our solidity and our ability to provide a 360º real estate service, delivering value to our clients.”

Moreover, this consistent growth trajectory contributes to FORCADELL’s ability to face 2025 with a firm commitment to innovation, aimed at further improving the client experience and meeting new market demands. The upcoming year is expected to be very positive for the sector, thanks to the anticipated rise in the residential market and new opportunities in commercial assets

Expansion in Homeowners Association Management

Additionally, 2024 was also marked by the integration of Finques Esvillar into the group’s structure, expanding its presence in the homeowners association management segment. This resulted in a 30% increase in the portfolio, reaching 1,800 managed communities, as well as growth in the rental and property management area.

Furthermore, incorporating the knowledge and experience of the Esvillar team, which has been working in the sector for over four decades, reinforces FORCADELL’s commitment to continue offering high-level solutions to its clients.
