Permet con\u00e8ixer si la persona difunta va atorgar testament i davant de quin notari, fet clau per continuar el tr\u00e0mit. En cas que no existeixi testament, s\u2019ha de tramitar una declaraci\u00f3 d\u2019hereus ab intestat davant del Notari competent de l\u2019\u00faltim domicili del difunt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"o-container GenericStyles\">\n<p>Posteriorment, cal <strong>acceptar formalment davant notari l\u2019her\u00e8ncia<\/strong> mitjan\u00e7ant escriptura p\u00fablica o document legalment v\u00e0lid. Una primera, referida al pagament de <strong>l\u2019Impost de Successions<\/strong>. Aquest tr\u00e0mit varia segons cada Comunitat Aut\u00f2noma, podent haver-hi bonificacions o reduccions fiscals. Tot i aix\u00f2, \u00e9s un pas obligatori, fins i tot si no es paga cap import.
