Les noves tecnologies avancen a marxes for\u00e7ades. Marxes que venen imposades per un capitalisme encara m\u00e9s incipient que busca augmentar els beneficis reduint els temps, que busquen ser encara m\u00e9s productius sense tenir en compte el preu que s&#8217;hagi de pagar, que segueixen encara avui dia generant<strong> m\u00e9s difer\u00e8ncies entre persones riques i persones pobres<\/strong>. Sembla que en aquesta nova etapa tecnol\u00f2gica, que ja ens acosta cada vegada m\u00e9s al futur que ja v\u00e8iem a les pel\u00b7l\u00edcules de ci\u00e8ncia-ficci\u00f3, <strong>l&#8217;edatisme, el terme encunyat per Robert Butler a la d\u00e8cada dels\u00a0seixanta, per tal de referir-se als estereotips i prejudicis existents\u00a0amb relaci\u00f3 a\u00a0l&#8217;edat, torna a agafar un protagonisme<\/strong>\u00a0tant\u00a0inesperat com contraproduent.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><em>Millor fidelitzar que retenir<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les<strong> persones de m\u00e9s de cinquanta-quatre anys comencen a no tenir lloc en el m\u00f3n laboral. <\/strong>Aquest m\u00f3n laboral que cada vegada \u00e9s m\u00e9s competitiu i menys hum\u00e0. Un m\u00f3n laboral on primen m\u00e9s els estereotips que els valors. Un context on moltes empreses encara<strong>\u00a0descarten\u00a0candidats i candidates per la seva edat<\/strong>, el seu sexe o la seva proced\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Avui dia, un dels termes m\u00e9s emprats als departaments de gesti\u00f3 de persones \u00e9s el de<strong> retenci\u00f3 de talent<\/strong>. Permeteu-me que discrepi d&#8217;aquest terme, retenir, i el canvi\u00ef per un altre, fidelitzar. <strong>Cal fidelitzar a totes les persones que, amb els seus talents i els seus valors humans, ajuden a les empreses <\/strong>a ajudar a altres persones. Perqu\u00e8 no oblidem que totes les empreses, independentment del sector a qu\u00e8 es dediquin, donen servei a altres persones, les ajuden. <strong>Fidelitzar-les, no retenir-les<\/strong>&#8230; La retenci\u00f3 \u00e9s temporal, la fidelitzaci\u00f3 va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d\u2019espais en el temps.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><em>L&#8217;edatisme vs. prioritzar valors, talent, capacitats i experi\u00e8ncia<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8\u00a0passa amb la cerca d&#8217;aquestes persones, d&#8217;aquests talents? Per qu\u00e8 una persona amb m\u00e9s de\u00a0cinquanta-quatre\u00a0anys, amb\u00a0seixanta\u00a0anys, per exemple, no pot ser una d&#8217;aquestes persones que amb <strong>la seva experi\u00e8ncia laboral i de vida, amb els seus valors i el seu tarann\u00e0<\/strong>, pugui arribar a ser finalista en aquests processos de selecci\u00f3 interminables? I clar, finalment convertir-se en una nova incorporaci\u00f3 a les empreses.<\/p>\n<p>I que dir de l&#8217;empatia, d&#8217;aquest posar-se al lloc dels altres. Tant de bo no ens passi mai que arribem a aquesta edat, que ens faltin pocs anys per jubilar-nos, per\u00f2 que no tinguem els anys cotitzats necessaris perqu\u00e8 no hem aconseguit trobar feina els darrers anys de la nostra vida laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Davant l&#8217;edatisme, contractar persones donant prevalen\u00e7a als seus valors, al seu talent, a les seves capacitats i a la seva experi\u00e8ncia <strong>promou la diversitat d&#8217;edat en una plantilla i evita la discriminaci\u00f3 dels treballadors\/es per raons d&#8217;edat<\/strong>. Contractar un noi o una noia de\u00a0vint\u00a0anys i un home o una dona de cinquanta, possibilitar\u00e0 a l&#8217;empresa que ho faci\u00a0a que\u00a0tingui una perspectiva global tant en coneixements com en aptituds. Un BENEFICI en maj\u00fascules, en definitiva, trobar aquest<strong> equilibri a les plantilles de talent j\u00fanior i s\u00e8nior<\/strong>, tant per les empreses com pels seus clients.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Any 2023, segle XXI.
