Si li han deixat un immoble, es convenient que demani una nota simple al Registre de la Propietat i d&rsquo;aquesta manera poder confirmar si est&agrave;&nbsp;lliure de c&agrave;rregues.<\/p>\n<p>Abans de poder vendre o llogar cal fer una s&egrave;rie de tr&agrave;mits:<\/p>\n<p>&bull; Signar l&rsquo;escriptura d&rsquo;adjudicaci&oacute; de l&rsquo;her&egrave;ncia davant d&rsquo;un notari<\/p>\n<p>&bull; Valorar l&rsquo;habitatge per con&egrave;ixer el seu valor fiscal<\/p>\n<p>&bull; Liquidar l&rsquo;Impost de de Successions i Donacions (l&rsquo;ISD) i la plusv&agrave;lua&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&bull; Canviar la titularitat de l&rsquo;habitatge al Registre de la Propietat<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a la tributaci&oacute; cal destacar que tant pel pagament de l&rsquo;ISD com pel de la plusv&agrave;lua hi ha un termini de 6 mesos des de la data de la mort del causant. Es pot demanar a l&rsquo;administraci&oacute; allargar el per&iacute;ode, per&ograve; en aquest cas haurem de pagar interessos. Es tracta d&rsquo;un impost que varia molt segons la comunitat aut&ograve;noma.
